Bubinga Shells
African bubinga wood is approximately 53% harder than maple and birch. Acoustically speaking, bubinga provides a very sharp and aggressive attack combined with unbelievably rich and fat lows. Tama have made their bubinga shell slightly thicker then the Starclassic Maple series for a more aggressive attack, a fuller deep/dark tone and more powerful resonance
